PRICES and PAYMENT: Pricing is subject to change without notice. The invoice is billed on the basis of price prevailing at time of order entry.
Credit Cards - We accept: American Express, Corporate & Government, Discover, MasterCard and Visa credit cards.
COD - No COD orders will be accepted.
DELIVERY: All invoices are dated as of date of shipment; delivery is construed to be acceptance of shipment by a common carrier or the Buyer, and if delivery is made to the Buyer, then receipt of goods by the Buyer shall be delivery. Any installment of merchandise of part thereof shall be paid for in accordance with the terms hereof, regardless of claims by either party relative to any other delivered or undelivered merchandise.
All stock items are subject to prior sale and occasionally need refreshed. We encourage you to inquire about delivery schedules for stock and non-stock items at the time of order.
